Lone Peak Dental Group is seeking a Dental Office Manager for Kuna Kids Dentistry in Kuna, ID. The role focuses on leading daily operations, scheduling, and delivering exceptional patient experiences for children and families.

You’ll oversee staff, workflows, and clinical operations to maintain a kid-friendly, efficient practice. The position offers full-time hours with a competitive benefits package including 401K, PTO, CE, and a referral program.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of management experience is required.
• Minimum 3 years dental experience is required.
• Working knowledge of clinical operations in a dental setting.
• Proficiency in dental software (Denticon highly preferred) and Microsoft Office.

Requirements

A Typical Day as an Operations Manager

• Managing the operations workflow daily, weekly, and monthly
• Ensure office is scheduled with confirmed patient
• Maintaining appropriate staffing levels
• Ensuring smooth patient flow and maintaining a kid-friendly environment.
• Develop, coach, and inspire other team members to grow

Schedule

• 8-hour shifts
• Occasional Saturday work
• Occasional travel to surrounding offices as needed
• Availability to respond to patient issues outside normal work hours (within reason)
• Some Saturday work as needed
