PERFECT TEETH in Dallas, TX is seeking a Dental Office Manager to lead daily operations, support the doctors and staff, and help grow the practice while delivering an exceptional patient experience. Responsibilities include delivering an outstanding patient experience, verifying insurance, collecting payments, reviewing financial results, and coordinating with providers to align priorities.

The role requires leadership, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to guide

Qualifications

  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of leadership/management experience, dental experience preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills to deliver an exceptional experience
  • Proven leadership abilities, relationship building skills and team motivation
  • Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Dental Office Manager to join our team!
