Job summary

Specialized Dental Partners' Endodontics Specialists of Missouri is seeking a proactive Dental Office Manager to lead our team, oversee daily operations, and support providers in delivering exceptional patient care. This role drives scheduling, billing, insurance verification, and smooth workflow across the practice.

You will supervise front-office staff, implement efficiency improvements, train new team members, and ensure HIPAA/OSHA compliance while maintaining a patient‑centered environment

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of experience managing a dental practice.
  • 2+ years of experience supervising and leading a team.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with dental practice management software.
  • Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Thorough understanding of dental billing, insurance claims, and patient scheduling.
  • Knowledge of OSHA and HIPAA regulations.

Responsibilities

Dental Office Manager - Endodontics Specialists of Missouri

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Dental Office Manager to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of our specialty dental practice. You’ll support providers and team members, ensure efficient workflows, and help create a positive experience for every patient. We value teamwork, professionalism, and exceptional patient care in a welcoming, team-focused environment.

Schedule: Full Time, Monday-Friday 7:45am - 5:00pm

Responsibilities

The salary range for this role is $60,000 - $65,000 /annually based on full-time employment.
