Mallard Cove Dental in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Full Time Dental Practice Manager to lead and grow a new team. You will drive operations, manage P&L, oversee staff performance, and enhance the patient experience in a collaborative SDP network.

The role emphasizes leadership, problem solving, and turning ideas into action while maintaining regulatory compliance and a strong patient-centric culture.

Qualifications

  • 3 years of dental office management or equivalent experience.
  • Experience managing people and conflict resolution.
  • Proficient in dental performance management software; Denticon a plus.
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategies, platforms, tools and metrics.
  • Solid understanding of P&L management (budgeting).
  • Enforce current labor laws and regulatory guidelines (OSHA/HIPAA).

Responsibilities

  • Lead and train the dental office team to deliver quality patient care.
  • Oversee Profit & Loss (P&L) management for the practice.
  • Coordinate staff and patient scheduling and time/attendance.
  • Manage payroll processes and accounts payable.
  • Handle insurance claims and other payment forms.
  • Enhance patient satisfaction and experience; collaborate on marketing.

Office Manager Job Summary

Within the Star Dental Partners (SDP) affiliated network of dental practices, the Dental Office Manager (OM) is responsible for monitoring and managing the operations of a single location. The OM will focus on executing numerous operational tasks in their dental practice with the goal of enhancing practice level efficiencies and growth in conjunction with the SDP support team and the primary dentist of the practice. The OM works closely with the Regional Director of Operations (RDO) to drive a positive team culture and achieve positive practice results.

Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • 3 years of dental office management or equivalent experience (Required)

  • Proficient in dental performance management software, Denticon experience is a plus!
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategies, platforms, tools and metrics
  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Suite of applications (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and Word)
  • Solid understanding of P&L management (budgeting), experience with claim follow up and resolution
  • Comprehensive understanding ability to enforce current labor laws
  • Adhere to current regulatory agency guidelines (OSHA, HIPAA, CDC, etc.)
