Job summary

Benevis is seeking a Clinical Team Leader to guide the dental office team and support the office manager and doctors with daily clinical operations. You will lead the clinical staff, ensure quality patient care, and promote efficient scheduling and workflows.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year as a dental assistant, and X-ray certification. Strong supervisory skills and commitment to compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a dental assistant.
• X-ray certification and other dental assistant credentials required (state and position specific).
• Demonstrated supervisory ability.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the office delivers quality and compassionate care to every patient.
• Assist professional dental staff with treatment regularly.
• Assist the Ortho Manager in optimizing office efficiency and staffing of ortho assistants.
• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring Patient Flow is running efficiently and same-day care is available.
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, and training of new ortho assistants.
• Uphold office integrity by adhering to government regulations and company standards.
• Educate parents during consent and postoperative instructions; maintain clinical readiness and equipment functionality.
