Job summary

Benevis is seeking a Clinical Team Leader to serve as the clinical lead at the office level, supporting the office manager and doctors with day-to-day operations and clinical care. This role emphasizes team collaboration, patient-focused service, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.

The position involves coordinating clinical activities, supervising dental assistants, and championing a positive, patient-centric work environment across communities we serve.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 1 year dental assistant experience
• Demonstrated supervisory ability
• X-ray certification required (state/position)

Responsibilities

• Ensure the office delivers quality and compassionate care to every patient
• Assist professional dental staff with treatment regularly
• Assist the Ortho Manager in optimizing efficiency and scheduling
• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring Patient Flow and same-day care
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, and training of ortho assistants
• Uphold office integrity by complying with regulations and standards
• Guide parents through processes and provide oral hygiene instructions
• Ensure clinical readiness of the office
• Maintain dental equipment and liaise with suppliers/service technicians
• Order dental supplies and manage inventory
• Enforce regulatory compliance across staff
• Perform other duties as assigned
