Responsibilities

• Answers phone calls in a timely, professional manner.
• Supports efficient operations by managing referrals, supplies, and charges.
• Verifies insurance and communicates details to staff and patients.
• Communicates financial obligations for procedures.
• Posts payments accurately and credits accounts as needed.
• Follows scheduling guidelines to optimize the dentist and hygienists’ calendar.
• Participates in recall program to meet goals.
