Job summary

Western Dental/Brident Offices in Redding, CA is seeking a Floor Supervisor to oversee back office staff, manage scheduling, training and performance, and ensure patient satisfaction in collaboration with Dentists.

You will monitor patient flow, maintain sterilization standards, and ensure compliance with OSHA and Dental Board policies. This is a full-time position with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a team of 8-12 staff members with the ability to delegate and hold accountability.
• Working knowledge of dental equipment, terminology, OSHA and safety compliance.
• Must have a current X-Ray License or agreement to obtain within 6 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise back office staff including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Participate in hiring, selection and retention for back office staff.
• Manage patient interactions and satisfaction in collaboration with Dentists.
• Monitor patient flow and adjust the schedule as needed to optimize efficiency.
• Ensure sterilization of the office and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, Dental Board and Corporate policies.
