Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in provider relations, network management, healthcare contracting, dental insurance, or related healthcare environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications including data analysis in Excel.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong negotiation expertise.
• Agility and flexibility with changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage DSOs and large dental groups to support network initiatives.
• Negotiate contracts at all levels with cost-of-care focus.
• Analyze data to identify cost savings opportunities.

• Recruit providers to expand the network and meet access needs.
• Flag early warning signs to management.
