Job summary

Delta Dental of Virginia is seeking a field-based recruiter to grow and maintain our Virginia dentist networks. The role builds strong relationships with dental offices, delivers onboarding and ongoing support, and coordinates education programs nationwide.

You will travel regionally and contribute to network growth through targeted outreach. Ideal candidates have at least five years in the dental industry, including office experience, and strong communication and training skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in the dental industry, including experience in a dental office environment.
• Experience as a dental office manager, practice administrator, insurance coordinator, or similar role is strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of dental office operations, CDT codes, dental benefits, and claims submission processes.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains relationships with participating dentists and staff to support network retention, recruitment, education, and communication needs.
• Serves as a primary point of contact for dental offices, providing customer service and support while fostering positive relationships.
• Provides training on navigating Delta Dental’s dentist website and portal.
