Qualifications

• Six (6) Months of Dental office experience required.
• Six (6) Months of Medical office experience required.

Responsibilities

• Greeting visitors in a professional manner.
• Inputting HIPAA protected information.
• Verifying insurance for all scheduled appointments.
• Explaining documents and answering questions.
• Receiving and forwarding incoming telephone calls.
• Managing patient flow and appointment accuracy.

Skills

Knowledge of Tier, Intergy, Dentrix, Medicaid

Ability to type at least 35 WPM

Education

High School Diploma
