Oral Arts Dental Laboratory is seeking a Marketing Assistant in Huntsville, AL. The role supports promotional campaigns, events, and doctor communications to grow new accounts.

The position emphasizes organization, attention to detail, and collaboration across departments. No prior experience is required, with potential for growth through continuing education and cross-training opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; related field experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and marketing software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain organized systems for managing doctor lists, follow-up schedules, communications, and account activity.
• Manage ordering and replenishment of promotional inventory (doctor gifts, student gifts, raffle items).
• Support event initiatives, including planning large-scale tours and lab events.
• Coordinate new doctor welcome kits and nurture new doctor leads for onboarding.
• Generate and review weekly reports; analyze account data and monitor customer health.
• Maintain cross-department communications to align marketing initiatives with needs.
• Plan vendor events and meetings; organize materials and shipment for trade shows.
• Attend meetings and industry events across the Southeast region.
• Enter and maintain marketing campaigns and promotions in the Magic Touch database.
• Develop clinical and educational marketing content and promotional materials.
• Follow up with new doctors after initial cases to support onboarding.
• Proofread and edit marketing materials for accuracy and brand consistency.
• Coordinate weekly marketing meetings with CSRs and other departments.
• Research competitors to identify market trends and opportunities.
• Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Office, the Magic Touch database, and related software.
