Oral Arts Dental Laboratory in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Marketing Assistant to help develop promotional materials, manage doctor lists, and support events across the Southeast region. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience with campaigns, content creation, and coordinating vendor activities.

No prior experience is required; strong written communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills are valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No previous experience required; related-field experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; creative marketing and branding knowledge; detail-oriented and organized.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office apps and related software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain organized systems for doctor lists, follow-up schedules, communications, and account activity.
• Manage ordering and replenishment of promotional inventory (doctor gifts, student gifts, prizes).
• Support event initiatives, including planning large-scale tours and lab events.
• Coordinate new doctor welcome kits and nurture new doctor leads.
• Generate weekly reports, analyze account data, monitor customer health, and identify improvements.
• Maintain cross-department communication to address marketing needs timely.
• Plan vendor events and meetings; organize materials and shipment of booths.
• Attend meetings and industry events across the Southeast region.
• Enter and maintain campaigns, promotions, and coupon codes in Magic Touch database.
• Develop clinical and educational marketing content (scripts, e-publications, product announcements).
• Follow up with new doctors during onboarding with introductory calls and ongoing support.
• Proofread and edit marketing materials for accuracy and brand standards.
• Coordinate weekly marketing meetings and cross-functional collaborations.
• Research competitors and market trends to identify opportunities.
• Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Office, Magic Touch, and other systems.
