Qualifications

• Understanding of all dental insurances (PPO/Medicaid)
• Excellent written and verbal communications skill
• Ability to lift 15 pounds, manage multiple orders, and recall faces/names

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly verify insurance and attach to family file
• Follow up on claims and denials
• Send Pre Authorizations
• Collect money
• Close the finances for the day
• Prepare the financial portion of the treatment plan
