• Strong organization and time management in a high-volume, on-site practice.

Responsibilities

• Insurance Claim Management: Submit daily dental claims, follow up with providers, and process appeals.
• Accounts Receivable: Maintain AR metrics to meet practice goals.
• Patient Financial Counseling: Explain balances and coverage clearly and respectfully.
• Eligibility Verification: Check insurance eligibility for same-day/next-day appointments.
