Our Dental office located in Georgetown/Round Rock is looking for an experienced insurance coordinator/front desk. We offer competitive pay, comfortable working hours, bonus potential and a fun, fast paced environment. We are currently offering a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.

Job duties will include but not limited to:

• Verifying insurance for all patients.
• Confidently presenting treatment and gaining case acceptance.
• Adding correct breakdown in to Dentrix.
• Send all claims at the end of the day.
• Add insurance payments to the correct ledgers.
• Add adjustments as needed.
• Contact and contest any unpaid claims.
• Bilingual preferred.
