Mid America Health is seeking a full-time Insurance Coordinator for our School Smiles Division in Greenwood, IN. You will verify dental insurances, communicate with parents, and manage AR including appeals in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook and experience in dental insurance verification; teamwork and autonomy are valued to support our portable teams in the field.

Qualifications

• Experience with dental insurance verification is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Front Office dental experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Verify private dental insurances and Medicaid dental benefits.
• Communicate with parents to obtain required details.
• Manage accounts receivable including appeals.
• Liaise between patients, clients and portable dental teams.
