Job summary

Paragon Implant Company in Las Vegas, NV is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to develop new business and manage dental-implant customer accounts from our Las Vegas headquarters.

You will generate new business through outbound calls, email outreach, virtual meetings, and follow-up on marketing leads, while maintaining an active sales pipeline. Dental implant sales experience is preferred but not required; training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of sales or account management experience.
• Experience with outbound prospecting and converting opportunities to sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication for phone, email, and video.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail with follow-through.
• Experience using a CRM to document activity and manage opportunities.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams; basic Excel skills.
• Dental implant, medical device, or healthcare sales experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through outbound calls, email outreach, virtual meetings, and follow-up on marketing leads.
• Manage an assigned territory, maintain an active sales pipeline, and grow product and educational sales.
• Explain product features, benefits, and options using approved company materials.
• Guide new customers through onboarding and initial product purchases.
• Maintain regular contact with existing accounts to support retention and increase sales.
• Meet established sales targets and keep accurate CRM records of activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address customer needs and resolve concerns.
• Participate in training on products, sales techniques, and industry developments.
