Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years of sales or account management experience.
• Proven ability to prospect, convert opportunities to sales, and maintain relationships.
• Clear verbal and written communication with phone, email, and video outreach.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• CRM usage to document activity and manage sales opportunities.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams; basic Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through outbound calls, email outreach, virtual meetings, and marketing-lead follow-up.
• Manage an assigned territory, maintain a sales pipeline, and grow product and educational sales.
• Explain product features and options using approved materials for dental professionals.
• Guide new customers through onboarding and initial purchases.
• Maintain contact with existing accounts to support retention and growth.
• Meet sales targets, outreach activity, and customer acquisition goals.
• Maintain CRM records of communications, opportunities, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address customer needs and concerns.
• Participate in training on products, sales techniques, and industry developments.
• Comply with FDA requirements and HIPAA privacy and security guidelines where applicable.
