Job summary

Nobel Biocare, based in Yorba Linda, CA, is seeking a STA Operator to perform cleaning and chemical processing on dental implants and abutments in a clean room, ensuring accurate labeling, assembly and packaging.

You will read technical drawings, operate multiple workstations, troubleshoot simple equipment, and uphold FDA, QSR and ISO 9001 standards, while collaborating with Quality, Manufacturing and Engineering to keep safety, quality and productivity at the forefront.

Qualifications

• Reading technical drawings or blueprints.
• Understanding eDHR (Electronic Device History Record).
• Knowledge of GMP and ISO 9001 cleanliness standards.
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
• Able to operate and troubleshoot simple equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning and chemical processing of dental implants and abutments.
• Assemble and package dental implants and abutments in a cleanroom environment.
• Operate multiple workstations during the shift.
• Perform minor troubleshooting of equipment issues.
• Maintain equipment and supplies and ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, and Engineering teams to resolve issues.
