Job summary

Nobel Biocare in Mahwah, NJ seeks an operator for CNC milling/additive manufacturing to produce restorative dental products. You will handle machine setup, inspect parts, and perform in-process QC with microscopes and CMMs, ensuring quality and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Willing to work overtime and holidays as needed.
• Knowledge of CNC programming concepts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate milling and additive manufacturing equipment per SOPs.
• Inspect tools for wear and replace as needed to maintain quality.
• Conduct in-process QC using hand tools and CMM/ microscope.
• Maintain TPM tasks and ensure safe, on-time production.
• Rotate across multiple production lines and train others.
