*$5,000 Sign-On Bonus*

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain ongoing patient care relationships.
• Verify and document patient health history; educate patients on oral hygiene, health, disease, and available procedures and services.
• Perform clinical hygiene tasks such as diagnostic x-rays, blood pressure measurement, prophylaxis, non-surgical periodontal therapy, and collaborate with the dentist on restorative treatments.
• Apply sealants, administer Arestin, and fluoride treatments as needed.

Qualifications

• Dental hygiene certification from an accredited school.
• Current license to practice dental hygiene.
• Maintain annual OSHA, HIPAA, BLS, and infection control training as required by law.
• Experience with dental software.
