Overview

• 4 or 5 day workweek*

Baystate Dental is hiring a Full-time Dental Hygienist to work with our amazing team in our state-of-the-art facility, located in Northampton, MA 01060.

Schedule

Mon-Fri or Tue-Fri (8:00-5:00). No nights or weekends required.

Full-time Position Offers

We utilize hygiene lasers, 3D printers, Primescan, Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT), and Overjet AI. You'll have the best technology to provide your patients with top quality care!

Baystate Dental is a well-established, successful practice, where we truly value our hygienists and the important role they play. To help our hygienists start strong, we offer a short training program so new hires can feel confident and comfortable when seeing patients. Previous experience is a plus, but new grads are encouraged to apply. Candidates must have an active Hygiene license for Massachusetts. Local anesthesia license is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Active state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
• Local Anesthesia certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient care and comfort
