Baystate Dental is looking for a Dental Hygienist for our office located in Belchertown, MA 01007.

This role focuses on delivering high-quality dental care through comprehensive oral health services and patient education. Your expertise will contribute to our mission of delivering top-tier oral health care, enhancing patients' quality of life, and building lasting relationships within the community. Schedule:

Flexible. Full-time or part-time available.

Full-time employment offers:

  • Hourly rate from $46 depending on experience

We are currently utilizing hygiene lasers; 3D printers; Primescan; Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT), a game changer in the hygiene world; and Overjet AI. You'll have the best technology to provide your patients with top quality care!

Previous experience is always a plus, but we also welcome new hygiene grads to apply as well. Must have an active hygiene license for the state of MA. New grads must be applying for license soon.

Responsibilities
  • Perform routine dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance
  • Conduct oral health assessments and take dental X-rays
  • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care
  • Assist dentists with exams and treatments as needed
  • Maintain accurate patient records, medical history and ensure compliance with industry regulations
  • Follow sterilization and infection control protocols
Qualifications
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in dental Hygiene from an accredited program
  • Active state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient care and comfort
