McDonald Dental in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Dental Hygienist to join a private practice focused on comprehensive, whole-body patient care. This position can be full-time or part-time, offering generous appointment times in a modern Arcadia-area facility.

Responsibilities include prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, radiographs, digital scans, and patient education. The team uses Eaglesoft, Romexis, and Office 365 in a fully digital environment and values collaboration and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a dental hygienist, with preference for periodontally involved cases.
• Current Arizona Dental Hygienist license in good standing.
• Anesthesia certification and nitrous oxide administration preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• Laser certification preferred.
• Ability to work in cross-functional roles and communicate effectively with coworkers and patients.

Responsabilités

• Perform hygiene duties, prophylaxis and periodontal maintenance.
• Identify need for root planing/scaling; take radiographs, digital scans, intraoral photographs, and screen for oral cancer.
• Provide patient education and maintain thorough medical/dental histories; build rapport.
• Operate in a fully digital, technology-driven office with Eaglesoft, Romexis and Office 365; adapt to new tools as needed.
