Job summary

Willamette Dental's Olympia Practice is seeking a Dental Hygienist to join a collaborative clinical team and deliver preventive dental care and education. You will perform hygiene assessments, radiographs, prophylaxis, and patient counseling in line with state regulations and Willamette Dental's standards.

Responsibilities include documenting in the EDR, discussing treatment options with patients, and following rigorous infection control protocols.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program.
• WA dental hygiene license in good standing.
• Current BLS certification required; local anesthesia endorsement preferred; N2O permit required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient data and perform dental hygiene procedures per plan.
• Take and evaluate diagnostic radiographs following ALARA guidelines.
• Provide oral health education and counsel patients on treatment options.
• Maintain infection control practices and PPE adherence.
• Document assessments and communicate care plans to the dentist.
