Dr. Susan Seto is hiring a full-time Dental Hygienist for our multi-specialty family dental center, located in Baltimore, MD 21210, in the Village of Cross Keys.

Days and hours are flexible. No nights or weekends!

We are a well-established, successful practice that values our hygienists. We work with advanced technology such as Overjet, CBCT scanner, hygiene lasers, and GBT to ensure superior patient care and support our hygienists' success. Our hygienists undergo a short training program to ensure confidence and competence from the start. We welcome both experienced hygienists and new grads with an active Maryland Hygiene license or those applying for licensure.

Our office is located in a vibrant area with new retail stores and restaurants, ample parking, and a recently renovated suite—ideal for lunch breaks and professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine dental cleanings and oral maintenance
• Conduct oral health assessments and take dental X-rays
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventative care
• Assist dentists with exams and treatments
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance
• Follow sterilization and infection control protocols

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program
• Active Maryland Registered Dental Hygienist license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a focus on patient care and comfort
