Monarch Dental in Lake Worth, TX is seeking a Dental Hygienist for a Fridays-only, part-time role. Earn $50–$55 per hour with an 8:00 AM–3:00 PM Friday shift, in a supportive Smile Brands network environment.

New graduates are welcome, and you’ll deliver high-quality preventive care while building patient relationships and collaborating with the dental team.

Qualifications

• Licensed Dental Hygienist in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality preventive dental hygiene care using evidence-based protocols.
• Perform appropriate assessments, diagnostics and preventive treatments within your scope of practice.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, prevention and the connection between oral and overall health.
• Build trusting relationships with patients and create a welcoming, judgment-free experience.
• Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to identify patient needs and personalize treatment.
• Stay current with dental technologies, instruments and best practices that enhance patient care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow applicable safety and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Licensed Dental Hygienist or eligible to become licensed in the state of practice.
• New graduates are welcome!
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for patient care, education and prevention.
• Commitment to providing an exceptional patient experience.
• A collaborative, positive approach to working with patients and teammates.

Compensation

$50-55/hr no sign on bonus, There is a monthly production bonus.
