Job summary

Monarch Dental - Lewisville, TX (The Colony) is hiring dental hygienists for a 2-day, 16-hour workweek, with shifts on Monday and Wednesday, 9 AM to 5 PM. The role offers competitive pay and a balanced schedule for quality patient care.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality preventive dental hygiene care using evidence-based protocols.
• Perform appropriate assessments, diagnostics and preventive treatments within your scope of practice.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, prevention and the connection between oral and overall health.
• Build trusting relationships with patients and create a welcoming, judgment-free experience.
• Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to identify patient needs and personalize treatment.
• Stay current with dental technologies, instruments and best practices that enhance patient care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow applicable safety and compliance standards.

Responsibilities
