Monarch Dental in Lake Worth, TX is hiring a Dental Hygienist for ONE DAY A WEEK (Fridays). Earn $50–$55 per hour, work 8:00 AM–3:00 PM with a supportive Smile Brands network and a rewarding environment focused on patient care.

Qualifications

• Licensed Dental Hygienist or eligible to become licensed in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Build trusting relationships with patients and create a welcoming, judgment-free experience.
• Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to identify patient needs and personalize treatment.
• Stay current with dental technologies, instruments and best practices that enhance patient care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow applicable safety and compliance standards.

Compensation

$50-55/hr no sign on bonus, There is a monthly production bonus.
