Dental Hygienist

Rolling Ridge Dental Care is hiring a Dental Hygienist.

Location: 432 Rolling Ridge Drive, Suite 1, State College, Pennsylvania 16801

Schedule:

  • Full-time
  • Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday: 7:30am - 4:30/4:45pm
  • Thursday: 6:30am - 3:00/3:15pm
  • Friday: 7:30am - 12:00/12:30pm

Rolling Ridge Dental Care, like each Heartland Dental supported office, is unique to its community and patients. With the support of a practice manager, a highly trained onsite team, and a vast network of experts, you’ll be fully connected to all resources of Heartland Dental.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Current dental hygienist license in PA and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene
  • Excellent knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation
  • CPR Certification
Preferred Experience
  • 0 years of clinical experience
  • Experience with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical records
  • Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet patient needs
  • Clinical needs as required by the office
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Prolonged sitting and standing
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds
  • Availability for periodic virtual or in-person training
  • TB test required prior to employment, arranged during pre-employment process (not applicable in FL & TN)
