$5,000 Signing Bonus
Hourly rate between $55 - $65 per hour plus an uncapped bonus plan

Position Qualifications:
Accredited Hygiene Technical School or College
Current applicable State Dental License (or ability to acquire one by the time of employment)
Other licenses/certifications such as CPR, local certified anesthesia
