Benevis is hiring a Dental Hygienist at Spencer Dental and Braces in Richmond, VA. Earn $50-$61/hour plus production pay, with comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) with match. Flexible scheduling, PTO, CE support, and company-paid certification training are included.

Responsibilities include scaling and prophylaxis, x-rays, sealants, fluoride, and patient education under supervision. A current state license and CPR/BLS certification are required at hire.

Qualifications

• Current state Dental Hygienist license
• CPR/BLS certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association, including a hands-on skills assessment (required at hire)

• Offer same-day care whenever possible to provide excellent customer service
• Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene
• Assess dental condition and needs, and review patients' medical history
• Guide parents and patients through the full treatment process
• Assist with dental and periodontal charting as needed
• Take and file x-rays in patient charts as needed
• Follow all government regulations and company standards

What You'll Do As a Dental Hygienst
