Job summary

Benevis is seeking a Dental Hygienist to provide patient-focused care in a supported, pediatric-focused environment. You will perform hygiene procedures under supervision, deliver patient education, and help guide families through treatment plans in a fast-paced dental office setting.

The role includes competitive hourly pay with production pay, medical/dental/vision coverage, a 401(k) with match, PTO, and ongoing education support. Scheduling is flexible to meet clinic needs.

Qualifications

• Current state Dental Hygienist license.
• CPR/BLS certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association, with hands-on skills assessment, required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality, compassionate care to every patient.
• Perform scaling and prophylaxis, x-rays, sealants, fluoride application, and related procedures under general dentist supervision.
• Offer same-day care whenever possible to provide excellent customer service.
• Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene.
• Assess dental condition and needs, and review patients' medical history.
• Assist with dental and periodontal charting as needed.
• Take and file x-rays in patient charts as needed.

What You'll Do As a Dental Hygienst

• Deliver quality, compassionate care to every patient
• Perform scaling and prophylaxis, x-rays, sealants, fluoride application, and related procedures under general dentist supervision
• Offer same-day care whenever possible to provide excellent customer service
• Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene

• Guide parents and patients through the full treatment process
• Assist with dental and periodontal charting as needed
• Take and file x-rays in patient charts as needed
• Follow all government regulations and company standards

What You'll Need
