Job summary

Benevis is hiring a Dental Hygienist for Pine Dentistry and Braces in District Heights, MD. You will deliver quality, patient-centered care and perform scaling, prophylaxis, x‑rays, sealants and fluoride applications under general dentist supervision.

The position offers $57–$70/hour plus production pay, plus medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with company match. Flexible scheduling, PTO, CE support, and company-paid certification training (CPR, radiology, nitrous oxide) are provided.

Qualifications

• Current state Dental Hygienist license.
• CPR/BLS certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association, with hands-on skills assessment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality, compassionate care to every patient.
• Perform scaling and prophylaxis, x-rays, sealants, fluoride application, and related procedures under general dentist supervision.
• Offer same-day care whenever possible to provide excellent customer service.
• Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene.
• Assess dental condition and needs, and review patients' medical history.
• Guide parents and patients through the full treatment process.
• Assist with dental and periodontal charting as needed.
• Take and file x-rays in patient charts as needed.
• Follow all government regulations and company standards.

What You'll Do As a Dental Hygienst
