Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide High-Quality Patient Care: Perform dental hygiene procedures including cleanings, scaling, root planing (SRP), and adjunctive treatments.
2. Patient Education: Educate patients on oral health maintenance, including brushing, flossing, plaque control, nutrition, and preventive care.
3. Collaborate with the Dental Team: Work with dentists and team members to assess patient needs and develop treatment plans.
4. Patient Comfort & Communication: Ensure patient comfort, address concerns, and build relationships to encourage good oral hygiene habits.
5. Maintain Clinical Documentation: Keep accurate records of treatments and patient interactions.
6. Infection Control & Safety: Follow strict protocols to ensure safety for patients and staff.
7. Manage Patient Flow: Effectively manage a schedule of 8-12 patients daily, maintaining care quality and efficiency.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

• Education & Licensure: Degree or certificate in dental hygiene from an accredited program and a valid state license.
• Experience: Prior experience preferred but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills with a compassionate, service-oriented approach.
