Job summary

Able Dental in Phoenix, AZ is hiring a part-time Dental Hygienist to join our welcoming clinic. You will manage patient flow, take and develop dental X-rays, educate patients on oral hygiene, and update dental records. Part-time schedule includes Tue/Fri 9am-5pm with some flexibility.

We offer competitive pay ($37–$41/hr), paid time off, paid sick time, and free parking. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; Eaglesoft experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed dental hygienist with active license.
• Basic life support, CPR, BLS certifications.
• 1+ year of general dentistry experience.

Pay

• $37 - $41 per hour

- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

Commission-Based Incentives: Earn a percentage of the revenue generated from specific procedures, such as teeth cleanings, fluoride treatments, and periodontal therapy.

Shift & Schedule

• Day shift
• Flexible schedule

Work Hours: Monday Tuesday Friday 9am-5pm

Flexibility: Part-time and flexible hours available for the right candidate

Breaks: 60-minutes meal break (not counted as work hours)

Overtime: Overtime available during busy seasons and paid at 1.5 X the regular hourly rate

Weekend Work: No weekend shift required

Holiday Shift: Occasional holiday shifts compensated at double time

Requirements

• License & Certification: Basic life support, Driver’s license, Licensed dental hygienist
• Software Experience: Eaglesoft
• Clinical Experience: General Dentistry
• Years of Professional Experience: Experienced Dental hygienist with 1+ years of practice

Hygienist that can guide patients in building personalized, lasting oral care routines for diverse needs

Preferences
