Job summary

Gentle Dental in the Phoenix area (Laveen team) is hiring a Dental Hygienist to provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal hygiene services, educate patients, and support a high-quality patient experience.

Join a collaborative practice with a strong commitment to lifelong oral health. We offer an hourly rate of $55–$60 plus an uncapped production bonus and a full-time schedule with benefits and ongoing CE support.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited dental-hygiene program.
• Current Arizona dental-hygiene license or ability to obtain one before employment.
• Current CPR certification.
• Local anesthesia certification and any other state-required licenses or certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal dental-hygiene services.
• Assess patients’ oral health and communicate clinical findings.
• Educate patients about oral health, preventive care, and recommended treatment.
• Partner with dentists and clinical teammates to deliver an exceptional patient experience.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Follow all applicable infection-control, safety, and regulatory standards.

Education

Compensation

$55-$60 per hour, plus an uncapped production bonus plan

Compensation includes a competitive hourly rate and the opportunity to earn additional income through an uncapped bonus plan.
