Dental Hygienist

104th Family Dental is looking for a Temp Dental Hygienist to join our team from June to August.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current dental hygienist license in Oklahoma and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required).
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening, and medical history documentation.
• CPR Certification.

Preferred Experience

• New grads and experienced hygienists are welcome to apply.
• Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems.
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide preventive care and overall dental health maintenance.
• Clinical needs as required by the office.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/Doctor/Heartland Dental, with or without reasonable accommodation. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.
• Prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times.
• Availability to attend virtual or in-person training sessions periodically throughout the year.
• A tuberculosis (TB) test is required for all new hires in dental office positions, arranged during pre-employment. This is not applicable in FL & TN.
