Job summary

CARIN Alliance is seeking a Dental Hygienist to join our team, providing comprehensive patient care and maintaining high hygiene and safety standards. The role requires Minnesota licensure, an associate or bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene, CPR certification, and familiarity with digital x-rays, scanners, and electronic records.

Role:

Dental Hygienist

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional patient care, perform dental hygiene procedures, screen patients, document medical histories, and support the clinical team. Utilize digital tools and maintain high standards of hygiene and safety.

Qualifications:

Current Minnesota dental hygienist license, Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene, CPR certification, and knowledge of dental procedures. Experience with digital x-rays, scanners, and electronic records is preferred.

Skills & Attributes:

Excellent communication, a passion for patient education and preventative care, willingness to learn and grow clinical skills, and ability to perform physical duties including lifting and prolonged sitting or standing.

Key Duties:

Collaborate with a team of dental professionals, deliver quality care, support patient education, and contribute to a positive practice environment. Maintain compliance with safety and health standards, including TB testing.
