Role And Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental hygiene services, including patient screenings, cleanings, and preventative care.
• Educate patients on oral health and maintenance.
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure exceptional patient experiences.
• Maintain accurate medical histories and documentation.
• Support office protocols and adhere to safety guidelines.

• Current Minnesota dental hygienist license and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene.
• Knowledge of dental procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience with digital x-rays, electronic records, and dental tools preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient care and continuous learning.
