CARIN Alliance is seeking a part-time Dental Hygienist in Worthington, MN. You will provide high-quality dental hygiene care, educate patients, and help keep the clinic clean and organized while collaborating with the dental team to ensure exceptional patient experiences.

The role requires licensure, a dental hygiene degree, CPR, and knowledge of dental procedures. New graduates are welcome, and there is an emphasis on ongoing clinical development and virtual or in-person training as needed.

Qualifications

• Current dental hygienist license.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene where required.
• CPR certification and knowledge of dental procedures and medical history documentation.

Responsabilités

• Administer dental prophylaxis, screen patients, document medical histories, and support overall patient health maintenance.
• Maintain safety standards, including TB testing where applicable.

Role:

Part-time Dental Hygienist

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality dental hygiene care, support patient education, assist in maintaining a clean and organized clinical environment, and collaborate with the dental team to deliver exceptional patient experiences.

Qualifications:

Current dental hygienist license, Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required), CPR certification, and knowledge of dental procedures and medical history documentation. Experience with digital tools and interest in ongoing clinical development is preferred. New graduates are welcome.

Skills:

Strong clinical skills, excellent communication, attention to detail, ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 45 pounds, and adaptability to virtual or in-person training.
