The successful candidate will perform prophylaxis, take radiographs, conduct periodontal screenings, and educate patients on home care while maintaining meticulous notes and infection control.

Qualifications

• NYS local anesthesia certification preferred.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• At least 3 years of clinical experience preferred.
• Warm, professional manner suited to a boutique, patient-focused setting.
• Reliable availability on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

• Perform prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, and periodontal maintenance
• Take and review radiographs and intraoral photos
• Complete periodontal charting and oral cancer screenings
• Apply fluoride, sealants and desensitizing treatments
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, home care and recommended treatment
• Keep accurate clinical notes and follow infection control protocols
• Work closely with the doctor and team to keep the schedule running smoothly
