Midwest Dental in New Lisbon, WI is seeking a compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our team. This full-time role offers a $3,000 sign-on bonus and pay of $45-$50 per hour, with a schedule Monday through Thursday 8 am - 5 pm.

You will provide preventive hygiene, educate patients, and partner with the dentist to plan treatment while delivering a welcoming, patient-focused experience. Wisconsin license required; new graduates encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive preventive hygiene services, including dental cleanings, periodontal maintenance, and periodontal assessments.
• Evaluate patients’ oral health and document clinical findings in accordance with established protocols.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques, preventive care, and recommended treatment.
• Partner with the dentist to identify oral health needs and support comprehensive treatment planning.
• Build patient trust through compassionate communication and a comfortable, welcoming experience.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation while following infection control, sterilization, and patient safety standards.
• Contribute to a positive team culture focused on quality care, patient satisfaction, and continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality preventive dental hygiene care using evidence-based protocols.
• Perform appropriate assessments, diagnostics and preventive treatments within your scope of practice.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, prevention and the connection between oral and overall health.
• Build trusting relationships with patients and create a welcoming, judgment-free experience.
• Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to identify patient needs and personalize treatment.
• Stay current with dental technologies, instruments and best practices that enhance patient care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow applicable safety and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Licensed Dental Hygienist or eligible to become licensed in the state of practice.
• New graduates are welcome!
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation

$45-$50 per hour & $3,000 Sign on bonus!
