Blackman Grove Dental in Murfreesboro, TN is hiring a full-time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our experienced team. We offer a supportive, patient-focused environment with modern technology and a collaborative culture.

The ideal candidate holds a Tennessee license, current BLS/CPR, and a minimum of one year RDH experience. Schedule: Mon–Thu 6:30 AM–4:00 PM and Fri 8:00 AM–1:00 PM, with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Tennessee hygienist license active and current.
• BLS/CPR certifications current.
• Annual OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control training up to date.
• Minimum 1+ year RDH clinical experience or more.

Responsibilities

• Screening patients during check-ups.
• Reviewing patient history and charting.
• Administer prophylaxis by scaling and polishing.
• Documenting restorations and existing work.
• Take and review X-ray images as needed.
• Instruct patients on oral hygiene techniques.
• Conduct comprehensive patient screenings.
• Assist patients with oral hygiene instructions.
