• Tuesday: 7:45-5:30
• Wednesday: 6:45-4:30
• Thursday: 7:45-5:30

About Middlesex Dental Care

Our office is unique to the community, supported by a practice manager and a trained team, with resources from Heartland Dental. We value collaboration, communication, and community, and are located conveniently in Middletown.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current dental hygienist license in [INSERT STATE] and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene.
• Knowledge of dental procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation.
• CPR Certification.

Preferred Experience
