Crystal Springs Dental Care is a brand new dental office opening in January 2027 in Crystal River, Florida! We are looking for friendly, collaborative Dental Hygienists to build our new hygiene team! Our goal is to create a patient-focused, energized, and committed team focused on delivering quality care to our community. We are hiring actively to build our team in advance to opening day, with plans to begin training in December!

Schedule - 4 shifts per week, full-time:

• Monday 8:00am-5:00pm
• Tuesday 7:00am-7:00pm (7am-3pm or 11am-7pm)
• Wednesday 7:00am-6:00pm (7am-3pm or 10am-6pm)
• Thursday 7:00am-7:00pm (7am-3pm or 11am-7pm)
• Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Minimum Qualifications

• Current dental hygienist license in Florida and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required)
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
• CPR Certification

Preferred Experience

• New graduates and experienced hygienists welcome!
• Experience using Dentrix, Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients’ dental health
• Clinical needs as required by office

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/ Doctor/ Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties of the position
• Prolonged periods sitting and standing
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
• Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in-person)periodically throughout the year
• As part of our commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy environment for both team members and patients, a tuberculosis (TB) test is required for all new hires in dental office positions. This is a standard requirement for dental office roles and must be completed prior to starting employment. The test will be arranged during the pre-employment process, and any necessary guidance or paperwork will be provided. Not applicable in the state of FL & TN.
