Job summary

Dental Care on Corkscrew in Estero, FL is seeking a Dental Hygienist to join our multi-doctor practice. This full-time role runs Tuesday through Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm, with 90-minute new patient appointments and modern tools including Dentrix, iTero, Velscope, and other technologies to support comprehensive care.

You will be a key member of the patient care team, delivering high-quality preventive care and education, supported by a hygiene mentor program and extensive clinical development

Qualifications

• Current dental hygienist license in FL.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene.
• CPR Certification required.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current dental hygienist license in FL and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required)
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
• CPR Certification

Preferred Experience

• New Graduates or years of clinical experience
• Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health
• Clinical needs as required by office

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
• Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in-person)periodically throughout the year
