Job summary

Bernwood Park Dental Care is seeking an experienced Dental Hygienist to join our team in Bonita Springs, FL. The role is full-time, Monday through Friday, with on-site duties at 12759 Bonita Beach Rd SE, Bonita Springs.

You will be an elite clinical provider and patient advocate, supported by a hygiene mentor program and ongoing education to enhance clinical skills and patient care. Growth and stability are emphasized within Heartland Dental’s network.

Qualifications

• FL dental hygienist license is required.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current dental hygienist license in FL and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required)
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
• CPR Certification

Preferred Experience

• years of clinical experience
• Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health
• Clinical needs as required by office

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
• Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in-person)periodically throughout the year

This is a standard requirement for dental office roles and must be completed prior to starting employment.
