Job description

Conroe Dental Associates is a small, family-oriented private dental practice with a warm and supportive environment. Our office is seeking an enthusiastic, quick learner, upbeat, and experienced Dental Hygienist. Responsibilities include conducting dental cleanings, taking x-rays, applying sealants and fluorides, educating patients on oral health, assisting the dentist during procedures, managing patient records, and ensuring patient comfort. We are a fun, team-oriented office dedicated to achieving excellence as a team.

Key Requirements:

1. At least 1 year of dental hygiene experience preferred; new graduates will also be considered.
2. Excellent interpersonal and patient care skills.
3. Ability to collaborate with the doctor to develop personalized treatment plans.
4. High school diploma required; completion of an accredited dental hygiene program is mandatory.
5. Proficiency in written and spoken English.

Work Schedule:

Full-time, alternating schedule: Monday through Thursday, alternating weeks Tuesday to Friday.
